This project focused on readapting and illustrating a story from the tales of One Thousand and One Nights. Abducted tells the story of the ruthless King Shahrayar, who, upon discovering his wife's betrayal, orders the kidnapping and killing of every woman in his kingdom under his now dark and oppressive regime. His latest victim, the beautiful Scheherazade, must use her intelligence and her charm to put an end to the King's bloodlust before it is too late.

This project was completed at the German University in Cairo under the supervision of Ryan Lee Grees and TA Seif Hashem.
